DECEMBER 1, 2006
12:30 P.M. Called meeting to order. Present Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson,
Richard Gorden and Mark Mazur.
1. The Board granted FY2006 abatements to the owners of the following parcels in final settlement of their appeals before the
Appellate Tax Board (ATB).

2. The Board granted a FY2007 abatement to the owner of the following parcel:
Parcel # 97-2
3. The Board granted FY2007 abatements under the authority of
M.G.L. Chapter 46 Sections 41 and 42 of the Acts of 2003 amending
Chapter 59 Section 2D to the owners of the the following parcels:

4. The Board granted a fiscal year 2006 exemption of C.P.A. tax to the
owner of the following parcel:

5. The Board signed a Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreement and a
Statement of Entry Into Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreement for
the owner of parcel 60-5 who is deferring her taxes under M.G.L.
Chapter 59, Section 5 Clause 41A.
6. The Board took the following actions on FY2007 applications for exemptions for the owners of the following parcels:

10. At the request of the Board of Selectmen the Board of Assessors
will meet with them at 8:15 P.M. on Tuesday December 19, 2006 to discuss quarterly tax bills.
11. The Board established new guidelines for making decisions in general via email and in particular when dealing with Appellate Tax Board cases.
